Refund policy

Shipping & Returns & Cancellations

All regular products will be ship out within 24 hours of receiving them. Personalized products will be ship out within 3 to 5 business day. All orders ship from Florida. 

Free Shipping: We have free shipping (within the U.S.) on orders over $40 (code: FREE40 ). Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days.

 We only offer regular shipping by USPS.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
There will be a 5% fee (of the total order) for cancelled orders. 

RETURN POLICY 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can mail back the item/s within 1 week of receiving it. We will refund you the cost of the item/s. The refunds will be issued within 48 hours and usually appear on your credit card or paypal statement within 3-5 business days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Make sure to send it back in either the original packaging or a similar box that will protect the items during shipping. (No flat envelopes for items with metal).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Although it might cost a few more dollars, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your return and there is no tracking number to track a lost package and start a trace, we will be unable to provide a refund.
